April 21, 2013: New York Mets: Lineup

Game Notes:

-According to Andy Martino of the NY Daily News: Terry Collins considered flip-flopping Ike and Duda in the batting order, but he was afraid it would effect Duda's confidence.  How a promotion to the cleanup spot is bad for ones confidence I don't know.  But that's Collin story.  It's actually gold.  But.. They should have saved it for When Wheeler is pitching better, but they still want to keep him in the minors.  They would promote him..... But they are afraid the promotion would hurt his confidence.

-With the Nationals placing their 3rd Baseman Ryan Zimmerman on they 15-Day Disabled List last night they have recalled their top prospect Anthony Rendon.  Rendon is making his major league debut this afternoon.  He is playing 3rd and hitting 6th for the Nationals.
